19th National Conference on Chronic Disease Prevention and Control

We worked with the CDC to design and produce the promotional materials for this national conference. The goal of this conference was to accelerate the rate of progress in health improvements for those at highest risk for poor health, including racial and ethnic minorities, and low-income and less educated populations. The client looked to us to create something dynamic that viusally communicated their efforts to combat the disparities in healthcare effecting the above mentioned communities.
