When we feel appreciated and valued, we are more likely to be loyal and stick with a company or person. We are also more likely to trust someone who loves us than someone who doesn’t show us any concern. Finally, word-of-mouth advertising is the best kind of advertising there is. When we have a great experience with a company or person, we naturally tell our friends about it. And that is the ultimate goal — to have happy clients who will refer their friends and family!
